Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Vocalis offers a 7-day free trial for our paid plans. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends. We encourage you to use this period to evaluate if Vocalis meets your needs.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Billing" section of your Dashboard.

• Effect of Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will downgrade to the Free plan.
• Data Retention: We retain your data even after cancellation, unless you explicitly request account deletion.

3. Refund Policy

General Rule: As Vocalis provides instant access to digital goods and AI processing (which incurs costs to us), we generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused credits.

Exceptions: We may consider refunds in the following cases:

• Technical errors where you were double-charged.
• If the service was unavailable for an extended period (SLA breach).

To request a refund exception, please contact billing@vocalis.so within 7 days of the billing date.
