- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and profile picture (via Google/Email Auth).
- Usage Data: Audio recordings, transcripts, and text prompts you submit for processing.
- Payment Data: We do not store credit card details. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (India/International) or Lemon Squeezy/Paddle (International).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data strictly to:
- Provide the content generation service.
- Maintain and improve the platform.
- Communicate with you regarding your account or support requests.
3. AI Data Processing
Vocalis uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) to process your inputs.
- Data Privacy: Your inputs are sent to these providers via secure API solely for the purpose of generating your requested content.
- No Training: We do not use your personal content to train our own public AI models.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL). We implement industry-standard security measures encryption at rest and in transit.

We use the following trusted third-party services:
- Authentication & Database: Supabase
- Hosting: Vercel & Render
- Payments: Razorpay & Lemon Squeezy/Paddle
- Emails: Resend & Kit
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the Dashboard settings.
