Welcome to Vocalis.so ("Vocalis"). Vocalis is a digital content platform owned and operated by OXEFY FITNESS SERVICES (OPC) PVT. LTD. ("Company").

The Company operates multiple digital and service-based platforms, including OXOFIT (Fitness Services) and Vocalis (Content Services). By accessing Vocalis, you agree to these Terms.

By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Vocalis is an AI-powered content repurposing platform that converts audio inputs and text ideas into various digital assets, including but not limited to PDF carousels, social media images, and text posts.

2. User Accounts

To use Vocalis, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Billing: We offer subscription plans ("Starter", "Creator", "Agency"). You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan.
  • Payment Processors:
    • For customers in India, payments are processed via Razorpay.
    • For international customers, payments are processed via Paddle/Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Promotions: Promotional prices are valid as long as the subscription remains active cancellation and resubscription will forfeit the discount..

4. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain full ownership of the audio files, text inputs, and transcripts you upload ("Input Data").
  • Generated Assets: You own all rights, title, and interest in the content generated by the Service ("Output Data") using your Input Data.
  • Our Rights: Vocalis retains ownership of the platform code, design, templates, and algorithms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OXEFY FITNESS SERVICES (OPC) PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
